Ingredients
Sunflower oil            2 tbsp
Small onion              30 nos
Tomato.                     2 nos
Red chili powder       2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste    2 tbsp
Coriander seeds        3 tbsp
Cumin seeds             2 tbsp
Black pepper             ½ tbsp
Fennel seed              ¼ tbsp
Cinnamon                  1 inch
Cloves                       2 nos
Cardamom                2 nos
Salt                           As needed
Chicken wing               250g
Instructions
1.In kadai add oil, small onion, tomato, red chili powder and ginger garlic paste. Saute this for 5 mins on low flame.
2.Add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, black pepper, fennel, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and saute for 5 mins.
3.Grind this mixture into a smooth paste using a mixer grinder.
4.In kadai add the masala paste and the chicken wings. Saute it for a few minutes.
5.Add salt and 2 cups of water, cover and let it simmer until the chicken is cooked.
6.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with chapati or rice.
