Ingredients
– Chicken lollipop: 250 g
– Sunflower oil: For deep frying
– Red chili powder: 1 tbsp
– Ginger garlic paste: 1 tbsp
– Black pepper: 1 tbsp
– Salt: As needed
– Soy sauce: 1 tbsp
– Tomato ketchup: 3 tbsp
– Cornflour: 3 tbsp
– Maida (All-purpose flour): 3 tbsp
Instructions
1. Marinate the chicken lollipops with all ingredients except cornflour and maida, and let it sit for 30 minutes.
2. Add cornflour and maida to the marinated chicken and mix until well coated.
3. Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Once hot, carefully drop the chicken into the oil.
4. Fry on low heat for 10 minutes until the chicken is cooked through. Increase heat and fry until crispy.
